That's awesome Steve..I can't wait till mine gets here..ordered it last week..I feel weird as your sister for noticing it, but look at the change in definition in your lower abdomen area..awesome..
Awesome! I highly recommend keeping a journal (like a blog) where you keep track of your workouts on a daily basis. It doesn't have to be public either (though it would keep you more accountable for completing it - I know it does for me!)
Brian ~ Ha! Yeah I know! ;o) But seriously, the way I figure it is if I'm going to workout hard like this, I want a good look at what the results are or "are not"! Besides, it's what all the cool kids are doing nowaways, right?! I've used nair, a razor, and now I bought a body razor. You need to lose hair ... I'm your man for advice!!!
